At PerfumeAddiction, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the original, unopened perfume bottle back into its shipping box with all protective padding to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in sellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
